I only have a couple of things to add. South Beach ranch dressing. I use it instead of mayo in a lot of dishes. Its low in fat and sugar and its yummy. My Splenda cookbook is priceless. It has hundreds of low fat, low sugar recipes to make whatever I'm craving.

My top foods list for staying on track are

light and fit yogurt, unflavored soy protien powder, south beach high protien bars, texured vegetable protien, swiss miss diet hot cocoa, deli turkey breast, LF swiss cheese, romaine lettuce, kraft salad spritzers. Non food things that help me stay on track 1st my bathroom scale used daily, sparkpeople.com to track my food, and the OH messageboard goes without saying.

I still have, and probably always will, 3 protein supplements (20g) per day. I've tried but can't seem to live without Splenda Greek Strained Yogurt...it's like God's most perfect food.

Ok I'm weird. I like Ak-Mak crackers with cottage cheese on them. Kind of like a cheese spread...in my mind anyway. Too much regular cheese is not good for me if you know what I mean.
