Help - ULCER?

I am 7 years out and going through a rough time personally (been really sick with neuropathy from the RNY, going through a divorce, working full-time and attending law school at night, etc.).  Yesterday my Grandfather passed away.  I decided that I *needed* a beer.  Yes, my alcohol tolerance is much lower than before surgery but I can usually tolerate one or two on a very occasional (perhaps once every 2-3 months on average) basis.  I bought a six pack and took it home (no way would I drive after drinking with this stomach!)  Drank two Coronas over the course of about 2 hours (finished at 9 p.m.).  At midnight, I took my 60mg Cymbalta (just switched to it a few weeks ago from Topamax to see if it works better on my neuropathy) and went to bed.

At 4 a.m. this morning I woke up with a horrible pain in the middle left side of my body right where my pouch is.  Sat up and took some sips of water.  I could feel every sip as it hit my pouch.  Went and dug out the Rolaids and ate a few.  Nothing helped.  Finally went and got some Lactose free milk and drank a small cup.  Eventually I fell asleep.  I have continued to have this pain all day.  My assumption is that it is from combining the Cymbalta and the alcohol but I don't know.  I have NEVER had acid reflux (before or after surgery) so I have no idea how that feels.  What do you think this is?  At what point should I worry and call the doctor?  Every drink or bite of food burns and my pouch feels kind of like it has something stuck.  Not like I need to vomit but more like when you get a pill stuck in your throat and you can feel it just sitting there refusing to move.  It's uncomfortable! Yes, I know this isn't a medical advice board but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this.  I promise that if it gets too bad, I will go to the urgent care center or call my doctor.  I've moved away from VA where I had my original surgery and I can't get a local bariatric surgeon to talk to me (trust me, with all of my malnutrition/neuropathy issues, I've tried!)

TIA for any advice.  I'd appreciate not getting judgmental e-mails.  Yes, I know I shouldn't have mixed them but I made a bad choice.  It was either beer or chocolate.  Should have gone with chocolate, but I'm battling regain as well.  Sigh...  [UPDATED TO ADD:  I do not have an appendix, but I do have a gallbladder]
