Posting your mistakes is a good thing. It's brave too. Actually, you know you messed up by not having breakfast? Absolutely must have something to get your metabolism working. Maybe even just a cheese stick wrapped in ham...I found I have to have hot cereal to warm up my pouch but I have to add protein to it or it's nothing but empty carbs. Hate that. Yup, back away from the whole wheat. LOL.  Not too bad for a start. 1300 calories when you're used to more is hard. I have six meals a day, albeit small ones but it helps to keep the carb monster off until late night anyway. Then I have a sugar free cookie or two (or like last night, I had room for some sugar free angel food cake)  You just have to set your goals and adjust your diet to head toward those goals. If your goal is basic like 1200 calories, 120 gr protein and 100 oz of water..It's a good place to start. Then you can add "walk a mile" or something similar. You don't have to lose the whole 50 pounds in a day (although, I'd give my eye teeth to be able to do that!) so small corrections to head in the right direction are perfect...

Cool. That dinner was totally a sample platter! chicken steak AND shrimp..I like that. and the onion rings aren't bad, heck..you got 4 ounces of protein in and THEN the onion rings. That's cool. The body needs alittle fat once in a while.  Your protein number ROCKS!  See ya.

OMG! I looked. LOL...I about had a heart attack.  But you know, at 440 calories, that's more than a third of your caloric intake for the day! I would say you made allowances for that and it works. Now the protein number isn't all that great because, chocolate doesn't have protein but chocolates are a requirement occasionally, I figure. Without the chocolate you'd have been less than 900 calories... Tomorrow is another day...half a dozen days like that would make me worry but one? PSH...no prob.  See ya.

I have the nutritional facts for the granules:  Serving size: 1/4 cup Calories: 80 Calories from fat: 0 Total fat: 0 Cholesterol: 0mg Sodium: 2mg Potassium 594 mg Total Carbs:  7 Dietary Fiber: 4 g Protein: 12 g Alcohol: 0 A: 0 C:0 D: 0 Iron: 15% Thiamin 0 Riboflavin: 0 Vitamin B-6: 0 Vitamin B12:0 Phosphorus: 17% Magnesium: 18% Zinc: 0 Copper: 0 The chunks would be less because they don't pack as well into a 1/4 cup measure.
