Yup, added 1/6 sf Angel food cake, 1/2 cup NSA apple sauce, SF Caramel New totals: Calories: 2061 Fat: 59 Carbs: 240 Protein: 161 Carbs are way high but otherwise, okay. I checked my totals for a month and it seems that I'm not very close to eating 2000 a day like I thought. I'm averaging about 1500 with some peaks at 2000. Maybe need to re-address that. I sure don't want to just add calories and carbs to put on weight..Want to do it smart. Any ideas?

Oh the road can kill you. That's why I carry a water drink in the car with me each time I get in the car. It's a new habit that I'm working on. Car driving, drinking water. I got the idea from hubby. He has to smoke cigarettes when he's driving (which I remember used to be my MO too..) and so while the wheels are moving, I have that drink..I finally developed a GOOD habit! woo hoo.  Not too bad for messing up with the hotdog and chips. Hard to eat with a fork and knife when you're driving or I'd have skipped the bun and ate the meat with a fork..Still, hot dogs just don't agree with me much. Even the beef ones. I must be ubber sensitive to fat or something. Another good habit I've developed. LOL>  See ya!

Those numbers look pretty good! I see where you had two snacks after dinner..Seems like that sweets monster always gets me after dinner. I did add my angel food cake but I have it all pre measured and know what I'm getting.  Great on the water totals too! It's extremely hard for me to drink plain water. I have packets of every flavor. Last night I did have about 12 oz more of just plain water before bed but it's really unusual.  Keep up the good work. add some variety, you'll do wonderful. I bought the pudding snacks already pre-measured. I don't think they're the same as yours, the calories are a bit off.

yes my problem is i like to snack after supper..  i do love my plain water...  the numbers are off for the pudding fitday wont let me put the total from my jello box. i made jello cooked cho pudding and the box says 70 calories for 1/2 cup with skim milk which i usede. so i used fitday's puddings..  what you mean add some variety? like what?

By variety, I mean maybe cottage cheese or ricotta cheese instead of the pudding. I have sf preserves that I put in that. I saw the pudding twice and I tend to do that but I get bored really quick and sit in front of the refrigerator and say "EH, not pudding AGAIN!" and head for the cookies or candy... After dinner is hard. So I set my goal at so many calories. If I make the goal and it's low enough, I can add the extra calories at night. My personal goal is 2000 calories. If after dinner, I'm sitting at 1500 calories, I can decide to have something for a snack that has loads of carbs. Love those carbs after dinner. They make me sleepy. I'll have a single serving of kettle corn microwave popcorn or 2 sugar free cookies or 3 pieces of sugar free candy or the SF angel food cake last night with applesauce and SF caramel. A reward for doing good for the day.  It's all about making the way you eat totally yours. What your body is crying out for and what you decide to give in to it, is totally individual.

Today is hubby's 30th.  He said he didn't want me to embarrass him at work.. I thought about getting some balloons for his car or the mailbox, but dunnow.  I'll see.  He already got his gift.. his camera is his father's day and birthday rolled into one.  He did find out yesterday that his parents are coming to visit in October.  We'll probably drive up to the airport (Newark) to pick them up so we can spend some time with them in the car.  They'll only be here a week (thank god.. I don't know if I could last with them here longer..) Twisted protein bar 1c coffee w/ ff moo flaxseed micro muffin 1c oikos 1 salmon fillet (I almost got sick on this.. very strange since I eat it all the time) 1c oikos w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder Twisted protein bar 1123 cals  32.61g fat  74.42g carbs  137.33g protein  8.5g fiber Treadmill work: 20 min jogging (all one interval!  Maybe 25 today?) 10 min elliptical 20 min lower body weight machines

What is the fun of not embarrassing them when they have big birthdays like that. Lately all my hubbies birthdays have been big (he just turned 65) so he gets all the references to being antique..LOL. I love to buy him T=Shirts that say stuff like "Im not getting older, I'm increasing in value.."  Amen on the in-laws. I have no inlaws anymore but my parents drive me crazy...a day at a time with them and I'm done..We saw them last weekend and we'll see them again on the 21st as a special request from my son. He doesn't think the stuff I told him about my dad's childhood could possibly be right so he wants to hear it from the "horses mouth".  Good numbers for you! Who makes Twisted Protein bars? Yeah, what's up with the salmon? Maybe your pouch is bored with it? Mine should never be. I LOVE salmon. I'd eat it all the time if it weren't for this darn cattlemen thing in my head..Beef ranchers for 200 years, I guess.  See Ya.

Ok.  I have been back on OH for a couple of weeks after a really major regain of over 50 pounds.  I told myself I would never let that happen after all the hard work taking it off the first time, but alas....it happened.  I have been reading this thread and wanting to participate and yet waiting to have a really awesome eating day.  It hasn't really happened so I figured maybe I am doing it backwards.  Maybe if I post my mistakes, it will help me make fewer of them.  I had lost down to 170 and felt pretty good there although my ultimate goal was 135.  I gained up to 242 and have lost back down to 232 as of this morning.  So I am losing, just not as quickly as I would like.  I am going to stick with it though as best I can.  :) So, yesterday..... B: none L: whole wheat ham sub--6 inch D: baked chicken breast D2: 2 low carb tortillas with string cheese inside S: 3 oreos about 1300 calories....way too many carbs...not  enough water Thanks guys....I so totally know what I need to do....it is just so darned hard.  I am on track so far today...wish me luck.
