12:30- 1/2 chicken quesadea on whole wheat with some sour cream (1 tbsp) and Salsa
3- 1 brownie 2x2 square
3:30 Another brownie
5:30 Chicken with basil, fresh mozz and grape tomatoes about 3 oz
7:30 Pineapple, banana, strawberry smoothie with ice and 2% milk
9:30 2 oz home made bbq chicken and some whole wheat tortillas with cheese and salsa.

Hi all...trying to get back into the habit of logging my food into FitDay. Go****'s sad how quickly the calories add up! Here's my day:
B: coffee w/H&H, protein shake (1/2 scoop Mochacchino + 1/2 scoop chocolate whey stack), 1 sf mini protein cheesecake w/1Tbsp sf lemon curd.
S: Americano w/H&H
L: Diet Swiss Miss cocoa w/BSN Cinnamon roll protein powder, 2 oz. lowfat cheddar cheese
S: Atkins caramel latte protein drink, 1 Tbsp peanut butter
D: salad topped with 1/4 c. shredded mozzerella cheese & vidalia onion vinaigrette, 1 pkg Revival soy chips
S: chocolate raspberry protein shake

sooooo sick with sinus infection. been in bed since sat. able to drink maybe two protein drinks a day. did start antibioic mon night, hopefully itwill kick in. I'll post again when I'm more perky.

Not too bad a day in spite of record temperatures. I only have air conditioner in my bedroom, can't stay in there all day.
Did go down in the celler and got my tredmill walking done. Luckily it is quite a bit cooler down there.
