Ok gang, it's a new week and I'm coming at you with a new ATTITUDE! No more EXCUSES, it's time to get my butt in gear and work MY plan. I haven't journaled my food in several weeks, my eating is way off and the scale is telling me "Whoa, enough is enough". I'm going to be doing the 5DPT starting today and then going back to lean meats and green leafy vegetables after. My surgeon's plan got me to goal in 9 months, so it works. Time to be ACCOUNTABLE.
Have a Great Day!

Hey Dana....I'm right there with you girl!! I've been MIA for the past couple of months due to traveling for work and life taking over. Time to put me first again. I did really well last week and then overindulged this past weekend. The scale is definitely up, so I'm also getting back to journaling my food, pushing the protein and limiting carbs. Going to Curves after work and will add water aerobics (2x a week starting next week) to my exercise routine. Good luck....we can do this!!

I did pretty good. Not doing a full liquid protein or 5DPT, but trying to up my protein drinks and not eat processed carbs. To keep the hungries away I had 4 protein shakes today! Went to Curves and did my workout, although didn't take the doglets for their evening walk cause it was just too darn hot!!
