Hi all, someone on here wrote about a protein mix that they purchased at GNC.  They added some scoops to skim milk or soy milk 1/2c. Something was chocolate, either the mix or the milk. I don't remember what else.  They put it in the refrig. and to them it tasted just like a Wendy's frostie.  If you or  anyone knows what that is please let me know.  I hate to go buy a huge can of stuff and then not like it.  Oh, maybe the name of it was Max Pro??  Please let me know if you know what I am talking about. 'Twasn't me.  But you can go to vitalady.com and order *samples* of protein shakes to try so you can see if you like them without buying a huge tub. I'm quite partial to the lean dessert drinks from BSN and the champion pure whey stack.  In fact, I liked almost all that I tried and really had to decide what i would purchase first. The samples run $1.99, and each contain somewhere around 30g of protein (some more).

Dancin-D, I spoke about the GNC protein a long time ago, but never mentioned Wendy's. I would recommend the "Gold Standard" brand that they sell. They have two flavors of chocolate and one tastes more like a malted flavor and one tastes more like hot chocolate. I honestly can't remember which one I liked. The good thing about GNC is that you can take the canister back if you don't like it and replace it with a different one. I never took one back, but they do stand behind them. I never liked the fact that GNC did not offer samples and I shared that with them. They could do so well with a sample kit of all their protein drinks. I just think that they make too much money off selling canisters that sit in poeple's closets to stop doing that. John

D Gnc 100% whey  is awesome - Just put in magic bullet !!  I also like the vanilla  with some Tropicana light  orange drink in can - taste like Orange Julius!! +++ you can buy the small pouch - 10 -15 servings for about $15 and if you buy their card you get lots of discounts !!!! Warning - DO NOT TRY!! their GNC bullets - nasty and have some funky effects on body - make you tingle like a heart attack ...  too many herbs in it ..
