Accountability - Saturday!
Wow...what a day. We finally had family portraits taken. Talk about a hassel to get a 16 year old boy to comb his hair! Sheesh..Then off to my sister's place to celebrate my nephews engagement. Yes, I did have a wine cooler...But I was never without my water bottle and filled it four times in that many hours...Yup, I think i took in more than a gallon today.
Oatmeal, TVP, soy milk, coffee
2 eggs, 4 oz rib eye steak, 2/3 cup of hash browns, coffee
1 cup chili, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, 1 cup popcorn (hate it when they bring the popcorn first..I just can't say no to popcorn anymore)
4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup melon balls, 1 cup (about) salad with light ranch dressing
1 wine cooler (about 10 oz)
1 serving of sf chocolate cake when we got home. It was a long long day...

Actually the fat and carbs surprises me...I figured they would be a whole lot more.

1 twisted protein bar (found a huge box at Sam's for cheap!)
1c oikos w/ 1c strawberries
1217 cals 32.56g fat 93.67g carbs 144.93g protein 13.5g fiber
30 min hard core elliptical (levels 10-12, and some backwards work which kicks my butt)
no weights as it was a "rest" day
Those are some super numbers. A whole cup of the Dannon Light and fit is only 8 grams of protein...Of course it's only 90 calories but still...It's not the calories that matter, it's the protein.

ouchie, sinus !! I ate 1/4 of a sandwich, 3 protein shakes, some broccoli salad and a scoop of mac and cheese and a few sips of wine. And lots of tylenol and mucinex. And sleep.Oh, forgot the cherries, ate at least 10 of those!!
