Big Weight & Little Weight & Current Weight: 340, 125, 130 or so
Family (Spouse, Kids, Grandkids): I'm on my second husband (19 years), 2 kids (son, age 27; daughter, age 26); 1 grandson who is 3, and another grandson that should be here any minute
What you do all day (job, hobbies, etc.): Paralegal, same job for 26 years.
Advice & Things You Did Right or Wrong: I worry way too much about things that never happen. I worry that a meteor will strike the earth and I won't be able to save my family. Things I'm doing right: a good bit of exercise and weights, and I'm trying to learn more about health and nutrition.

What you do all day (job, hobbies, etc.): I'm a web developer at an advertising firm Advice & Things You Did Right or Wrong: I'm the last person to be giving advice at the moment. I was pretty good with my eating habits, but never formally exercised. Still lost too much weight despite efforts at bad snacks and more frequent meals to maintain weight. I'm already stressing out about how to get in enough calories for backpacking trips once my plastic surgery has healed...

I have a home day care, drive my kids EVERYWHERE, then I have a part time job at KMart. I really LOVE working RETAIL I don't knwo why sometimes I think I'm CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Advice & Things You Did Right or Wrong: No advice but I believe in being accountable to keep my weight maintained. I didn't go into having surgery to slide back into old habits and I'm going to fight it tooth and nail to keep from getting a bounce back..hopefully.

Advice & Things You Did Right or Wrong Don't test the water; the first 2 years were a breeze for me, with life changes the past year I've really struggled to make good choices and find myself really having a hard time mentally to feel good about myself. Journal your food, it is important to really know what you are consuming. If you are anything like me without journaling it's easy to assume and in denial.

Thanks for your answers so far - it's so cool how we're all so different in some ways, but so much alike in other ways. I'm going to the hospital later today for baby watch - my daughter-in-law is being induced. I expect my avie will change in the next few days so I can show off my two grandsons instead of sitting there with that stupid cake. Thanks again.

What do I do: I am an accountant. And I love riding bikes, kickboxing classes, walking, dancing, spending time with family and friends, and reading mystery novels.
Advice: Come to OH for support, and stay with a support group. Don't test the waters with the bad foods.
