Well, the weekend is upon us! Where is your ship now and where is it headed? Here's how my day stacked up:

B-12 Sublingual

 

finished 1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, ¼ TVP, 1 cup soy milk

 

24 oz drink mix,

 

SF Chocolate Cake, 1/24 cake or ½ serving (good recipe)

 

1 oz Cheese stick, 1 slice lunch meat, ham, 3 calcium carbonate chews

 

5 oz coffee – 24 oz Morning Spark Caffeine drink mix, Grapefruit

 

4 oz shrimp, 1 cup lettuce, 2 T Light Italian Dressing, 1 multi vitamin

 

12 oz caffeine drink

 

medium orange raw, 1 multi vitamin

 

24 oz SF orange drink mix

 

1/4 cup roasted green peas, 1 multi vitamin

 

1/4 cup TVP and 4 oz Dannon Yogurt

 

24 oz water drink Lemonade Flavor

 

2 beef tacos, lettuce, tomato, cheese and ground beef

SF chocolate cake (1 serving) and ½ cup NSA Coffee Ice Cream  Totals for the day:  Calories: 1738 Fat: 47 Carbs: 207 Protein: 131 Tomorrow is family picture day and party at my sister's house...I may have a margarita or two...and lose track of what I eat so I may have no clue at all tomorrow!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

caprese salad, 2 martinis, some popcorn, 3 protein drinks, little leftover eggplant parmesian, 2 slices bacon. soy nut mix. Watched sex and the city.. Good story line. did not need the sex part at all. Did not add one thing to the movie. The friendship was great. I am a friend kind of gal, so I appreciated that. Went with my two girlfriends and neighbors to the blue martini (hence the martinis) and had caprese salad. So yummy. Not too healthy of a day, I thought I'd eat more for dinner, well I guess I did, whole salad!

I may have slept part of the night on the couch, but I *slept*.  It was wonderful.  Narcotics are a great thing for pain. I upped my protein yesterday, and felt like I was eating all day.  I wasn't really, but it sure felt like that.  I feel much better today.. probably the mix of protein and sleep.. So that's all good. 1c coffee w/ ff moo protein shake 1c oikos protein shake grilled chicken fillet w/ buffalo sauce 1c oikos turkey and mozzie flatbread sammy South Beach protein bar 1048 cals  24.86g fat  71.17g carbs  148.08g protein  14.5g fiber Treadmill work: 22.5 min jogging, 13.5min walking 30 min free weights

Whew!! had a heck of a day at work--12 hour shift that turned to 14.  No time to eat healthy so I dug some protein rtd shakes out of my locker and sipped on them all day.  3 total.  i usually don't think about what I'm eating at work when it is soo busy--usually it is crap thrown in my mouth just to say I've eaten something and then I usually end up extremely tired.  Today not tired. My dear hubby bought my favorite pizza for me when I got home but it was already 945pm and I confessed to him that I didn't want to eat that late--that I was trying to turn my bad habits around.  what a sweetie! I felt like snacking but I was also tired so I drank some water and was in bed by 1030pm which surprisingly helped quite a bit.   I did drink 3-4 mugs of coffee and around 32 oz of water as well (shocking about the water) Thanks for the support!!
