thanks Melissa! Talk about inspiring!! I need to get me some arms like THAT!! I need to get back to the gym--I've been "off" because of two surgeries--it's just about time to get back. You must lift some heavy weights!

Jill,  You look so great!  I remember your pics just after the TT...You look great since those!  Your trip to Nassau looked like fun fun fun.  You really have come a long way...Those pictures are such a great way to document your WL...I wish I had done better at taking pictures. You had your surgery at the hospital that I was born at near 44 years ago!! As was my dad 62 years ago.... I don't know why that seems so weird to me!  Small world...and getting smaller  ;) Hugs
