BMI and weight are just a number. Sometimes a high BMI doesn't mean you're fat..It means your mass is bigger..Meaning if you are all muscle, you're gonna weigh more.
But whether you want your weight to go up or down, maintaining is better than the other. So we work from where we are to where we feel the need to go...If you're working out alot, you may show a bigger number on the scale than I would and we'd be the same size..

It pays to cut out all the coffee all day long to just one cup per day and increase my water intake from 4 cups to 12-16 cups per day.
Trying to get back down to my lowest post op weight of 150.....I hope I can do it!
