I was trying to figure out why the calories were up and the protein was down but I spotted the potato chips and that was probably it...Nothing wrong with potato chips or the muffins either. Yummy. I LOVE cranberries. What a great change out fruit. I've been eating an orange and an apple a day for weeks...Next week, orange and banana...I know the carbs will kill me but it's seasonal fruit for a reason!
I have trouble measuring salad dressing, myself. I hate a dry salad but don't like it swimming in the stuff either..
I love nuts too. All in all you're doing really well!

I am so embarrassed to even write this down but this is the problem I'm trying to correct. TOO MANY CALORIES!! Here it goes:
breakfast: COFFEE and about 3TBSP of crunchy Peanutbutter(not really hunger but had the snack attack and had to get kids to baseball)
Snack: pure protein bar
Lunch: COFFEE (while making dinner) followed by 1/2 BLT (nibbled my way through 4 strips of bacon)
Snack: 1/8 cup pecans
Supper: 1/2 cup spag and meatsauce
snack: pure protein bar and 1tbsp of peanut butter
somewhere in there I had a piece of swiss cheese with shaved roast beef
(was a very late night as well)
It really doesn't look like too many calories to me..Looks like you started slow and ended up wanting more and more as the day went on...That happens when you don't have a good solid breakfast, your body wants alot more. But for breakfast the rest of the world says cereal...That's too many carbs and puts your body in that "i want more" cycle...The pure protein bar could make a really good breakfast, the pecans would make a great lunch but I think 1/4 cup instead. The meat sauce is good, maybe over rice or whole wheat pasta, it's not a crime..
Now a great snack is the cheese and beef (1 oz of cheese with a slice of beef wrapped around it) I do that with turkey ham...
Really, if you had the calories added up, I'd be surprised if it was more than 1200...which isn't bad for running the kids around and a late night too...
Why in the world would you be embarrassed of this day? Shame on you! Fess up more often, you'll be giving me ideas about what to eat the next day!
