Well, one more day and then the weekend. How are we all doing? 

6 am, 1 cup oatmeal, ½ cup TVP, 1 cup soy milk, 10 oz coffee  6:15 Omega 3, biotin, calcium citrate  8:30 coffee 10 oz  9 am 1 oz cheese stick wrapped in ham lunch meat  9:30 24 oz drink mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry  10 am Medium orange  10:45 Taco meat (4 oz)  salad, lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing  11:30 12 oz (half) Morning Spark caffeine drink mix, grapefruit 12:45 medium peach  1:20 Clif Builder Bar (OMG! 20 grams sugar, dump city)  2:30 12 oz (half) Morning Spark caffeine drink mix, grapefruit   3:15 24 oz Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red  4:00 4 oz dannon yogurt 1/4 cup TVP  6:00 4 oz beef steak, 1 cup lettuce, raw, 1 oz ranch dressing, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes Totals for the day: Calories: 1824 Fat: 69 Carbs: 154 Protein: 149 I think I hit my goal today. After all week of hit and miss...Today was a hit. We'll see how it all stacks up tomorrow...weigh in day!  See ya!

i weighed in at my TOPS group at 132.25. Can't budge that number lower!!! Your totals look good too. Did you dump on that clif bar?mOpps I forgot to add 6 pickled beats, thats another 90 calories! Kung fu 1.25 hours today. exercized off 690 calories, supposidly!! Really good totals! And lots and lots of water..I'm almost up there on my water today but it's hard and eat too.  I love fresh asparagus. I used to grow it in our garden but it's so labor intensive...See ya!

oh yeah i love water.. i do write my waters down each time i have a bottle so i love to track my water. sometimes hubby says i drink too much water. i do wait a half hour before i eat/ drink. yes fresh asparagus is so good i never grew it. have a good day.. i'm just eating breakfast so no water for me yet. i did have my coffee.. hee hee... anita ps. still trying to find TVP.. wegmans is out of stock.. grrr still want to try it...

Edit: Yeah, that clif bar did make me feel queazy..When i started feeling alittle bad I rechecked the label and found the sugar. I'm so stupid. I know better than to try and eat something more than 1/4 sugar...Sugar alcohols are bad enough but real sugar...I know now that I can eat the sugar without so much discomfort as actual full blown dumping but it's the hours later with the gas pains and the rest that I need to think about (and warn myself about..). LOL. I think I'll learn, maybe. Ooo. The mid-week margarita...I'm planning on my totals including at least ONE margarita on Saturday. Your totals look really nice..Low cals...High protein...Very impressive. Good work. See ya!

I will probably have 1/2 c. cottage cheese later.   I had no water today !!! Hopefully some tomorrow.
