6:30 am Malto meal, chocolate protein powder, soy milk, coffee (5 oz)  6:45 omeg 3 fish oil, biotin, calcium citrate 7:15 coffee (for the drive to work) 10 oz

8:00 coffee (just because I was having trouble waking up) 10 oz  8:45 1 oz cheese stick wrapped in ham lunch meat  9:30 24 oz water drink 10:20 small orange, calcium chew, omega 3 fish oil, biotin  11:00 beef stew with veggies and added italian meatballs (homemade) very little liquid.  12:00 24 oz caffeine drink mix  1: 00 yogurt 4 oz, no TVP, calcium chew  2: 00 24 oz water drink  3:30 protein cereal bar (SoBe), medium peach 4:15 24 oz water drink (for the drive home).  5:30 Dinner: Baked potato, chili sauce with added beef, 1 slice cheddar cheese.  Totals for the day:  Calories: 1705 Fat: 51 Carbs: 200 PRotein: 117 The carbs were almost entirely the baked potato..I really wanted one and since it's not bread, but it is white, I had as much as I wanted...Now I need some more protein for dessert..Cuz the chili sauce didn't have beans in it. It was that hot dog sauce and it had just as much sugar as protein...which sucks but hubby did make dinner, I can't complain too much.  How did you do today?  See ya tomorrow.

Guess you were tired this morning!! Acheiv protein drink 362 0 2 63 Soy nuts 110 6 8 8 Strawberries, raw 46 1 11 1 Beef stew, canned entree 218 12 16 11 Soy Crisps 120 3 15 7 Breakfast Burrito, Ham & Cheese Flavor, frozen entree 106 3 14 5 Beef, bacon, cooked 58 4 0 4 Totals 1019 30 65 99 Did my kung fu for 1.25 hours and worked outside just a tiny bit. Went to my TOP weightloss support group. Another 2 gals are scheduled for RNY, I am sooo happy for them! I need to eat more protein tonight. Perhaps a cheese stick. Have been drinking lots of water today too! Carla? Bet she's having puter problems again!!

Yeah the wind blew so hard last night and it just HOWLED...Roof tiles lifted, trash can missing...A dust devil came through when I got home and picked up our 14 ft trampoline and would have tossed it over the grape vines but it's got a hose running through the "legs" of it to keep it in our yard. Three cups of coffee should have been 1 cup but with little good sleep...That's what I get. Tonight looks like more of the same. Couldn't even hardly open the door to my car to drive home this afternoon...Don't you think it helps to go to support group meetings? No one understands us like support groups and talking even to pre-ops helps me alot.  Your numbers are really impressive..LOW low fat. hardly any carbs at all. Me and that baked potato...But it was good carbs ****ep telling myself that, maybe it will help the guilt).

Not that it would add much to the take but carbs but I have a sugar free angel food cake that would work amazingly with that Rasp SF Syrup...Some fresh raspberries and that syrup...I think I'm heading to Walmart for some of that.  I have sf honey, sf syrups (lots of different flavors), sf caramel, I'm becoming the Sugar Free Queen of Mojave...LOL

I tried walmarts sf angel food cake, and returned it! Nasty!!!! Do you have another one? I don't eat too many sweets, but I like my sf peppermint patties!!

They switched makers on that stuff so I retried it. Actually, when they made their own in their instore bakery, it was much better but now they "farm" it out to someone else. Guess it wasnt' cost effective. I made my own chocolate cake last night but didn't bring it to work. I so wanted to share it...But tomorrow is another day!

Hi doll, carbs are still a bit high...but your protein is looking good. Perhaps staying away from micky 'd's might be a good idea...... Great job on the whole wheat, and wooo-hoo the scale is going down!!!! See you are proving to yourself that you can do this, and successfully at that!! Great on the exercise too! Now you are taking your vitamins, right.....
