I ordered the vit D

I ordered the vit D from Vitaladies site. Now I was wondering do I take what my Doc perscribed ? which is 50,000 units a day for 30 days then 1 time a week for 3 months. Or is the powder form different?

Email Michelle ( vitalady ) and ask her ... She has some guidelines she can give you, She has more knowledge than most of the Dr's and she has been doing it for 13+ yrs

Hi, I have been taking the once a week prescription for about a month now.. were labs reall low? they really want you to take it daily? that sounds like a lot to take daily...
