NEW TO THE GRADS BOARD!
HI. MY GOAL IS 150 AND TODAY I HIT 145. SO I GUESS IT IS TIME FOR ME TO BE CONSIDERED A GRAD! THIS IS SO EXCITING! I STARTED OUT AT 297 THE WEEK BEFORE MY SURGERY WHEN THEY PUT ME ON LIQUIDS. NOW ANOTHER NEW JOURNEY STARTS FOR ME-KEEPING IT OFF. I CAN USE ALL THE SUPPORT ANYONE WANTS TO GIVE ME. THANK YOU.

welcome and kudos on the 145 goal!!!!! The journey truly begins with maintenance....and you can do it. My suggestions? stay sugar free, exercise, and keep up drinking whey protein no less than 80-90 grams total for the day. Also, never, never scrimp on the vitamins!!
