Accountability, what did you eat MONDAY??

Someone asked me about the Clif Builder Bars.  I don't remember who it was (sorry, I sometimes forget my own name!).  I think they're pretty good.  But they are high in cals and carbs.  Well, not overly so for 20g protein, but still.  Anyway, they are worth a shot to try.  I still prefer SlimFast high protein granola bars, tho.. far fewer cals and carbs, and still a decent 15g protein. I've got to hurry up and get this posted.. I have my occipital nerve block today and I need to get to the gym, home and showered, and such before I drive the hour to get to my doc's office.  I hate the pain, but love the results. We had dinner with an old co-worker of hubby's last night.  We went to a small, local Italian place where I ordered the kid's lasagna.  Let me tell you, it was perfect.  It had 1! noodle.. only one layer to it.  So it had to be fairly low in carbs.  It was all meat, red sauce, and cheese.  I don't know the stats, but I found some lasgna in my program and I'm using the stats from it.  It's not exact, but it's an idea. 2am snack: Slimfast protein bar 1c coffee w/ ff moo 6oz orange juice (at the Y.  Stupid me went to excercise without eating my sugar started to drop) 1c fage grilled chicken fillet lasagna w/ 2 small pieces of bread and 1 pat butter protein drink -- whey stacker mochacino.. not bad at all 1147 cals (ish)  28.43g fat  94.19g carbs  128.03g protein  6.79g fiber 36 min treadmill w/ 22.5 of it jogging 30 min free weights

I asked about the clif bars. I see them next to the pure protein bars that I eat...I may give those a try since they have the same amount of protein. I'll have to compare the labels. Thanks! I add protein powder sometimes to my malto meal in the mornings...That adds a punch.  You did awesome on the protein for the calories that you had..Looks really good!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Isn't having grandchildren so wonderful. I have a 7 yo grandson and I like that I have much more patience with him, am more relaxed and really enjoying participating and doing things with him. With my own children it got so hard when I was MO.

Not the best day, not feeling quite right, have been on antibiotics for three weeks and now have to take another course. Hope my infection goes away soon.

Yes....they are wonderful! I think the antibiotics make you hungrier too. Tomorrow is another day, so get back sailing perhaps lighter on the carbs. Hope you're feeling better!
