Accountability - What did you eat this FINE Saturday?
Yesterday was kind of a blur - was helping my brother in law move into his new house on Friday, so I got up really late on Saturday and missed breakfast
Finished helping my brother in law on Saturday - I painted my nephew's room (up & down that ladder ALL NIGHT!) and helped clean & arrange stuff. I definitely got my exercise!
Lunch - 3 mozzarella sticks & 3 oz turkey pepperoni (51 g. protein)
Dinner - A1 Peppercorn Burger at Red Robin (54 g. protein!)
Snack - Large Iced coffee with Cream & Sugar at Dunkin Donuts & 3 glazed munchkins (4 g. protein)
Snack - 1 slice Shrimp Pizza (14 g. protein)
Once again, this is a day where I really didn't eat very often, since I was really busy. I ate well at meals, though.

Awesome protein totals there...And that ladder stuff, in my mind, counts as a stair stepper...I was up and down in my chair all morning and that all counts. Hurts my leg muscles like crazy so it's got to e good for me...

Ok, this is what I ate all day yesterday (for me this is about 3pm until 7am the next morning):
BREAKFAST: 20-oz sugar free soy latte from Starbucks (220-calories)
LUNCH: 1-cup of my leftover turkey pot pie (269-calories)
DINNER: A salad made with 1/2-cup shredded lettuce, 1/4-cup fat free cheese, 1/4-cup shredded yellow squash/ 1/4-cup fiber one cereal and 2-oz turkey breast meat with salad spritzer (168-calories)
1ST SNACK: 1-whole wheat mango muffin with 1/2-tbsp of fat free promise on it (89-calories)
2ND SNACK: 1-bag of jolly time healthy pop kettle corn (150-calories, though this was shared with my dog so not sure)
DRINKS: 1-cup coffee with 3pkts splenda and a route 44 diet cherry limeade from sonic (27-calories)
VITAMINS: Centrum Performance (2), Citracal (2), sublingual super B complex
For a grand total of 922-calories, 53-protein (yeah, bad protein day yesterday but i was running alot), 23-grams fat, 136-grams carbs, and 23-grams fiber.

Actually carbs, when you're on the run are okay and the ones you had weren't too bad. LOL. I thought my little pooch was the only dog that begs for popcorn...When he smells that stuff in the microwave, he sits down so nice and cute...You can't help but share the popcorn with him.
I'm on a new laptop today so excuse my typing...I'm sure it's my eyesight that's going but my fingers seem to have a mind of their own.

I know what you mean...There's a line somewhere between trying to keep track of every single crumb you put in your mouth...You're gonna miss something, for sure. but when that happens, do the best you can and let it go. My favorite saying from Gone With the Wind (which is the only movie that I absolutely hated...) goes "After all, tomorrow is another day..."
So do what you can, log what you can, and let the rest of it go...Cuz tomorrow is another day.
