Where was I? Oh, I remember...Surfing for ancestors..Geeze, that's addictive.
Ooo. Hot dogs. I need to find some good ones cuz the ones I get the rest of the family likes but they're way too fatty for me...I feel like wiping my tongue off after eating one. LOL. You did good. The taco was around the hotdog? GOOD IDEA! I may have to try that.

I'm okay. I could have done better on the protein but too tired...Maybe need to boost up lunch more and do something better with snacks. Hhmm.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I get the hebrew national beef dogs, can get reduced fat and fat free too. I like the 6 inch ww tortilla, less bread, and they keep longer that hot dog rolls.
Your protein wasn't too bad really, sounds like you are really trying to get your calories up!

Breakfast - Dunkin Donuts bacon, egg, & cheese on half a croissant and a large iced coffee w/cream & sugar.
Lunch - bacon cheeseburger, broccoli slaw, a handful of beach fries, apple slices dipped in caramel dip (I had a party at my house for some of my students, hence the goofy menu)
Dinner - 2 slices spinach-tomato-ricotta pizza, 1 Mike's Hard Lemonade
Dessert - 2 mini ice cream sandwiches
It's less than I usually eat, but I was really busy yesterday, too!
If you put this on fit day, I guess you'd see mega carbs and fat, rather low on protein. Are you maintaining, and what are your goals? I am not trying to be judgemental or harsh, but it seems that this type of eating will sabatage your weight loss, but before I speak further, I need to find out what your goals are ok?
Thanks for posting, here to encourage you along!!

Tami

Maintaining DSer at the lowest weight I've ever seen as an adult. I guess this is goal for me, because I never set one - I had no idea what I'd look/feel like at any particular number on the scale, so I said I'd stop when I was happy. I'm 152, 26 BMI, wearing a size 4. I don't want to be any smaller, so this is where I'm staying.
The fat doesn't matter to me, since I only absorb 18% of it anyway. I have upped my carbs to maintain my weight - you're right, though, if I was trying to lose, I would probably not lose eating this many carbs! I measured my protein, and it clocked in a little light at 80 g. I should've had some more cheese, I guess, but as I said, I was really busy!!

Yeah, I about fainted when I saw "dunkin donuts" but recovered when i saw it was a sandwich...
Nice way to maintain if you can get it to work for you..Carbs are okay for me so long as they are complex ones and not white. I tend towards hypoglycemic in that way but your menu looks good. Alittle light on protein but each of us sails our own ship in our own direction..I'm sure the RNYs in the crowd are jealous...I would be if I didn't dump...
Good work!

Been cooking for picnic for tomorrow. It is my mom's 81st birthday! Made an icecream cake, but had my fingers in the frosting a little too much. Why are my old habits resurfacing? Might be because I know I can tolerate a certain amount of sugar. I wish I would learn.
