Accountability - what did you eat Thursday?
My brain hurts so I'm headed off to bed. Sorry if Ijumped the gun on Carla but...Here's the deal.
Kitty Ann Keister was 2 years old in 1874 when her parents either died, were killed or ran off leaving her and an older brother alone. Older brother didn't get adopted but she did. By the Brundage family. Somehow she and her husband Isaac Jackson followed her biological family to Montana and ended up in Kalispell. I've plotted out each of her children and grandchildren out two more generations...To find their obituaries (in some cases) and their WWI draft cards (in other cases) and now my brain hurts..Lots more to find but I did really good today. Not food wise but work wise..
Breakfast: oatmeal, 2TVP, soy milk, coffee
Snack: 1 medium orange, 1 pk honey roasted peanunts
lunch: 5 oz stewed chicken with 1/4 cup green beans and 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
Snack: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup tvp and 1 SF Chocolate Pudding cup.
Snack: 1 medium apple
Dinner: 2 servings of Spam and 1 cup of grilled onions.
No dessert...brain hurts.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1677
Fat: 76
Carbs: 154 (these are brain food, right?)
Protein: 108
Yes, protein is alittle low. Maybe that's why my brain hurts.

I just love my internet service.. I just finally got on.. I dont know what is up with that.. I ate way to much... all protein bars.. 3 to be exact.. a chicken salad and some soy chili.. yikes... what a day.. So I have not sparked myself or anything.. with my web going out everyother second.. just coming to say hey. hope it starts working right soon.

Wow! THREE protein bars? You were busy...When we have that internet thing the service people at the tech desk usually tell me that it's because we've been FAP'd. Frequency Access Policy. That means we've used too many megabytes. Someone (cough, cough, teenage son) has been downloading videos and used about 200 megabytes in an hour...Last time it was dh who just "discovered" U-Tube and was watching one video on one monitor and trying to synch it to another video on another computer monitor...GEEK CITY here.
Hope it clears up soon. just by looking you're light all around, maybe protein is up there but you didn't mention water either.

Seems to me that your totals today look like you were hungry too. Good to GREAT number on the fat..I sure wish I could stay that low but the only thing that I eat that has no fat is lettuce and that has NO calories.
I beat myself up over the peppermint pattie just now. I ate one last night and forgot to add that to my totals. Ooops. I won't tell if you don't

Sounds like you have been real busy. I know when I would get started investigating my roots it became an obsession, ie. get a lead and needed to keep looking and looking till my DH would yell at me for staying up half the night. I have beem taking a break from that for now since I haven't resubscribed to ancestry.com. There is a magazine Family Tree, I don't get it but get newsletters from them with info.. link is www.familytree.com

Yeah, that oreo cookie might have set the tone for the whole day had I had one of those...I'd still be in bed trying to get over it...I dump big time on sugar. I found sf stuff (including sandwich cookies by Murray) but the Sugar Free stuff causes what they like to call "gastric distress" meaning big time GAS...So I do stay away from that stuff especially if I'm going to be in the office all day long...But anything that forces me to be a good girl, I have to agree with.
