Yeah, they're always grand-babies...Our oldest grandchild is 18 this year and he's still our grandbabie..Even after 9 grandbabies...they're all babies.  Your numbers look good today too! Woo Hoo for Maintaining! Kung Fu sounds fun. We're going to get 24 Fitness as a "perk" here soon and I'm playing at looking at their early morning classes..Not sure how that will work with my meal scheduling. I'm such a schedule slave!  See ya later.

Here's mine: Breakfast - Large Iced Coffee with Cream & Sugar & Chocolate chip muffin from Dunkin Donuts Lunch - 1/4 c. Barilla Plus pasta with 2c. of the following:  Spicy Italian turkey sausage and Broccoli rabe sauteed in olive oil, seasoned with tons of garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, & hot pepper flakes, and tossed with about 1 c. grated parmesan.  1/4 c. raspberries, 1/4 c. Reeses pieces. Snack - 1 hotdog with mustard & relish, 1 hamburger with ketchup (both on buns), 1/2 c. pasta salad, 2 cucumber slices with dip, 2 brownies.  (cookout after school at a colleague's house) Dinner - 1 rotisserie chicken breast withou skin, 1/2 c. sweet potato casserole. Snack - Spicy Nacho Doritos (child's cereal bowl) This was a very hungry day.  I'm having a less hungry day today, though.  Weight is the same (I weigh every day).  I'm finding that I can eat sweets without any consequences - weight or otherwise.  I haven't really overdone, compared to pre-op, but I realize that for anyone that has had any kind of WLS, this looks like a lot of sweets (especially breakfast...).
