Well a very long day for me and than to help the kids with homework.. just got done.  forgot to eat but I guess its ok..lol.. how are you all doing. Here was my day Breakfast:

Glad to hear you are okay...I knew I'd come back from the long weekend to find you back too!  YAY! Wasn't hungry today...Just wanted sweet and light...Pizza was my 19 YO DD's idea of a late night snack and I could not resist a sliver.  I'll have to de-carb tomorrow...  Low cals, but was not a good day with carbs and sugars even with the complex carbs...was enough for potent gas...Gonna take a probiotic and head to bed... B: Instant coffee, 2 oz choco protein 1/2 C soy milk S: Small  Banana L: Small apple  D: (4oz Turkey Taco) ~sauteed peppers and onions ~low carb wrap ~greek yogurt and sweet pepper salsa S: Carmel Peanut  Go Lean protein bar S: Knox Nails Orange protein drink S: Tiny slice mushroom pizza Fat 27.5      Carbs 131.5       Protein 98      Fiber 28      Calories 1079      Sugars: 47.5

Tired is the word for Tuesday...Just tired. Hard to get back to work after the long weekend. I feel like all I did ove rthe weekend was sleep and eat.. Breakfast: Oatmeal, TVP (2 servings) soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey lunch meat Lunch: 4 oz shrimp, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 tomatoe, Light Italian Dressing Snack: 1 apple, 20 gr protein bar, 4 oz Dannon Light and Fit, 1/4 cup TVP Dinner: 2 beef tacos (3 oz beef, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 of a tomatoe, 1/2 oz cheese, 2 corn tortillas) Dessert: 1 microwave muffin made with Almond Meal Totals for the day:  Calories 1683 Fat: 55\ Carbs" 158 Protein: 149 I ususally do good on the protein but all the other stuff is subjective..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

hi carla, just some news for you. i am back with my hubby and today is the first day of eating right and doing fitday. yes i have been messing up somewhat with eating but my weight is mainly the same.  i havevent been to the gym in a month but still i do get exercise walking to and from work. just wanted to let you know you will see me tomorrow for the accountabiliity.
