Hi Folks!

I hope I qualify as a grad:)

I had RNY Surgery at Barix in Michigan 4/11/2007. I am a Canadian and had my surgery paid for by OHIP (our provincial Healthcare System)

I have gone through so many changes both physical and emotional. It has been quite a ride. I visit the gym twice a day and run up to 10KM per day. I have felt like I never have.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi.

So..... Hi!

Great to hear from you--Wow, you've had a phenomenal weight loss!  Makes for a totally different life in a lot of ways, doesn't it?  Hope to hear from you often.  The grads forum isn't nearly as big as the main one, but I really feel at home here.  I don't post real often, but I get a lot out of the new & old grads' questions & comments.  Those who are struggling like I am make me feel not so alone, and those who are more successful with their maintenance give me hope!

Always,
Jo
