Hi everyone!  I never wanted to visit this forum until I was "officially" a graduate.  I officially celebrated my first surgiversary yesterday.  What a thrill it was!!!  It's been the most amazing year and I can't be happier with the results from my RNY.  I started the journey at 265.8 pounds and celebrated yesterday at 139.8 pounds for a loss of 126 pounds!  Woot woot!  I've gone from size 26 stretch jeans to size 4 jeans (with a couple size 2s thrown in) and size 2X shirts to my current Junior Medium or Misses X-Small or Small. Now if I could get my husband off his tush to take my one-year pictures.  We'll see how that one goes. :)

Great to have you!  I think you'll like it here!  There are far fewer posts than on the main board (& things have been particularly quiet this weekend), but it's a great place to stay accountable and get a different type of questions/comments. You've done an outstanding job--keep it up!  Someone like me benefits from posts by new and old grads!

Always,
Jo

Thank you all for the welcome!  I'm totally loving life now!  As for the clown pic, that's me on the right with the long orange ponytails.  My best friend and I are starting a business now that I can wear her tiny costumes. LOL  Life is so much more fun at my current size! And, Anita, I'm at Exit 1. LOL
