Accountability what did you eat Saturday
I am tirying here.. cant get on my sparkpeople on my laptop.. no idea what she did to this thing.. looks like a reformat is in my future here.. got my pc back.. duo 2 core with pent. 4 processor.. 4 gigs of memory. upgraded video card and all bunch of stuff.. like new.. even a new case.. oh my. so it wtter work.. i tell you..

Nope. We didn't abandon ship. We're all in life jackets but the ship is still afloat. I think alot of people went away for the weekend and away from their computers. Me? I have no life at all. LOL. Actually, we did go see Indiana Jones today. Good movie. My daughter and son-in-law to be took us, along with my ex-husband (yeah, we get along pretty well now that she's all grown up).
I ran out of brilliant ideas myself today.
Breakfast: malto meal, TVP (1/2 cup), soy milk and coffee
Snack: 1 20 gram protein bar
Lunch (well, sort of lunch): 2 fried eggs, 1/3 cup shredded cheese, 3 oz of ground beef (I think) and some home fried potatoes with bell peppers and onions - not much of that. Too full.
Snack: 4 cups (guessing) of movie pop-corn
Dinner: Oatmeal, TVP (1/2 cup), soy milk and raisins..Had no clues about dinner. Now with all those carbs..I'm sleepy.

Fat: 82

Protein: 150
Long day today...I'm going to sleep. Tomorrow is another day and there will be absolutely no snacking tonight..I'm just too tired. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Quiet here. And too cold for any outdoor stuff. 100 degrees less than a week ago and now it's too cold for short sleeves...What the HECK?

didnt you say hubby does auto repairs or something.. do you know anyone who knows anything about polaris water skis 2002.. the dealer guy is crazy. trying to tell me both of them at the same time lost their computer boards... 3500 dollars.. I need a second opinion on that...
