Accountability - What did you eat Friday?
My Gosh my head hurts...I ate some SF Candy and now I've got a really bad thumper going on...
I sure hope you all have a great weekend planned...Don't sweat the small stuff. 10 pounds wasn't gained in a three day weekend. That's an urban legend...LOL.
Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein powder, soy milk, coffee

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium/small orange
Lunch: salad made w/ 1 cup lettuce, 1/3 cup shrimp chow mein, 4 oz cooked shrimp, 2 T Zesty Italian FF Salad Dressing
Snack: SF Chocolate pudding cup, 7 sesame thins, 2 T sunflower seed butter
Dinner: 3 meat balls (home made) spaghetti sauce, over saffron rice..
Dessert: 6 SF Chocolate covered malted milk balls..(ouch).

You're right. You did have a carby day! Around here, cuz we have hermit crabs as pets, it's a CRABBY DAY but that's a good thing..Well, the good thing about it is that you can do better tomorrow. My favorite saying of all time is from Gone With the Wind where Scarlet says "...after all, tomorrow is another day." LOL Tomorrow, more protein, less carbs...Tomorrow the ship will change course and we'll be sailing in sunshine!
