Accountability - What's cookin for Thursday?
Well, another low day for me. Took all sorts of stuff to work to munch on and brought all sorts of it home for tomorrow...Oh well, drank alot of water, in my own defense..Just can't get in the food. But then I don't want to eat just to get a number of calories...Seems so wasteful to eat when I'm just not hungry.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, TVP (1/2 cup), Soy milk (1 cup) and 2 cups of coffee
Snack: 1 oz cheese, 1 pc turkey lunch meat
Snack: 1 medium apple
Lunch (big lunch) 2/3 cup almond chicken, 1/2 cup shrimp chow mein, 2 wonton wrappers, 1/3 cup fried rice (sure try to eat a half cup but can never get that mu*****
Snack: several containers of water and one of iced coffee
Dinner: 3.5 oz of pork chop, 1/2 cup lettuce with 1 T sunflower seeds and 1 T caesar dressing.
No dessert ideas yet. Maybe a SF Microwave Brownie? Sounds good. I'll include a microwave muffin just in case:
