I didn't get home till later than ususal last night. Sorry guys. I'm slipping.  Breakfast: Oatmeal, TVP, soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, Medium orange (heard about this one! Ate the last orange.) Lunch: 1/3 cup fried rice, 1/2 cup almond chicken, 1/2 cup shrimp chow mein, 1 egg roll Snack: 1 medium apple Snack: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup TVP Dinner: 2 beef fajita tacos.  Totals for the day Calories: 1557 Fat: 55 Carbs: 147 Protein: 118 Low day for me. Probably missing Carla...Wah!

Aww...I know we all miss Carla... That was a low day for you!  I got my calories up finally and sure enough...I was surprized with a visitor and figured out where the munchies came from...So...that explained the urge to eat EVERYTHING! B: Coffee, protein and soymilk latte   L: Tapenade Shrimp on garlic cauliflower (left over serving) S: The whole thing --->Blueberry bagel  (My DD needs to stop bringing home bread!  OMIGOD!!!) D: 6 oz Orange Roughy baked with ground pepper and tiny  bit o' butter    ~quick fried greenbeens and sesame seeds (sprtiz of olive oil)    ~mixed salad greens, tomatoe, cucs, onion and 2 T Ken's Lite Asian Dressing  S: Knox Nail Orange flavored Protein Gelatin Drink  (Tastes like Tang by has 35 cals and 7gs of protein!) S: Peanut granola bar Fat:  38.5     Carbs 117        Protein 119.5   Fiber 18.5       Calories: 1353 That's almost double my last few days...I musta been saving up for TOM!  I was still a hungry monkey ...but I fell a sleep...Good thing too!

STEP AWAY FROM THE BREAD! LOL.  Still, your carb total really rocks even with the bread. When I even look at it, it's up over 200...Pass the bagels!

My daughter is a chef in a new specialty food market (not open yet) and the bakery has been practicing and testing the ovens...YEAH!  So who are they giving all the bread to?  The employees! A few days ago she came home with several loaves of Italian bread! I almost had a heart attack when I saw four loaves of bread on the counter! Then yesterday, bagels.  If ever I could not do anything...Stepping away from the bread is one of those things...I could have lived on bread pre op.  I don't dare buy it....Today she brought me home some spice-infused grilling oil! YAY!  No bread.  (But it's all in the freezer until I have a few guests that can eat it all before I do! )  Come on over...I'll fix ya some bruchetta!  LOL  HELP ME!!!!!

OMG. How fun is that? Very cool. You just have to remember you only have to take a taste...Just a little taste to see if it's "good"...Just testing. LOL. I could never be a food tester. One little taste and I'd be to the bottom of the bowl if it was even reasonably passable.

Good totals for Wednesday..Protein is good..Is the Swiss Miss Diet about the same as the No Sugar Added stuff? I use that in my coffee in the morning. Love chocolate coffee..

Yes this swiss miss diet is sugar free and 25 calories a serving, I too, mix it with coffee. I like mocha drinks.
