Hey folks, I've been lurking for about a month now.  I know I'm only 4 months out but I am in the maintaining phase of my journey.  My good friend and Mentor thought this board would help.  So if you don't mine me poppin my head in from now and then to ask a question or give examples That would be awsome.  I have already taken some of your advice and used it for my daily living. Thanks Troy

We kick everyone but not to the curb, I think. And only kick you when you need it and ask for it (alittle weird on that one..)  But welcome! You don't have to be crazy to hang out with us but it helps sometimes.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
