Hey, don't know where everyone is, but I'll start so I can get my list in. Hope all is well in computer land carla and littlemiss. Packing for my trip, will do my best to post next week, but it may be harder to get on the computer. Here is my list today. I packed my protein and sweets to keep me going while I'm gone!! Hi Tami, hope you have a good trip.  Wonder if Carla is having computer problems it sure isn't like her to be gone so long. Here is my eats today, had a great day......I am wanting to munch on something tonight, will be going to bed in a minute so I'm no looking for food.  I sure wish I could get rid of the desire to eat......what I'd give to have the first 2 years back. your totals are good Dana, so don't beat yourself up! Try drinking something or going for the fruit, that is what I do at night when I get hungry. Another good thing is low fat string cheese. I can eat the little strings and make it last, and the protein helps fill me up! Have a good night...and get back on the horse tomorrow!

Well I did grab something to crunch on but it was a good choice, the S/F popcicle actually was very satisifying, I haven't eaten one in a long time; since it's so hot out it really hit the spot.

Thanks for picking up the slack! I had a support group meeting tonight...And I went out to dinner with dh and ds and friends. So I'm still reeling, trying to figure out exactly what I ate..I know what I ate but what is it called...LOL. You did good on your list too. I have no doubt at all that you will be fine while you're gone on your trip..You definately have it down pat!  Me:  Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein, soy milk and coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey lunch meat and a medium orange Lunch: (here' where it all went haywire!) 1 cup salad, 4 oz sirloin steak meat, 2T Thousand Island dressing...and 3/4 cup of canned corn. This filled me up so much, I couldn't think of drinking for over an hour after. Duh, corn. didn't think Snack: Right at 2:30 I had a 20 gram protein bar because I hadn't had anything for a snack and an apple would have not added anything to the protein total.  Dinner: 1/3 cup fried rice (which was a no-no) 1/2 cup almond chicken, 1 spring roll, 2 fried wontons, wonton soup (just the wontons, no liquid - I was afraid that would be the same as drinking with my meal).  No dessert tonight.  Drum roll:  Calories: 1727 Fat: 57 Carbs: 190 Protein: 124
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Have a great trip...enjoy yourself! Hopefully Carla is back soon so we know she's okay.... My DD brought home freshly baked Italian bread from the bakery at her new job...What a yummy treat!  What a belly ache later!  It was worth it...I haven't had it in a looooong time.  So I went to bed hungry to punish myself!
