x post: Over 8 years out here and the good news is..

7 yrs post op very little probs nothing unusual. did regain 30-40, but have gotten myself right and in the last 9 weeks I have lost almost 20 and over 18 inches all over. it is never too late to get back on track


 5ft0....sw 233,lw 133,gw 135,cw 193..........
I am not doing so good in this part of my journey...9 yrs later. :-(
