No Carla? My guess is she's having computer problems or she'd be here posting this..I'll step up and start it early today since we're done with dinner already.  Breakfast: Oatmeal, TVP and soy milk, coffee (2 cups) Snack: 1 oz cheese stick and a medium orange Lunch: 6 oz tuna (packed in water) over a cup of lettuce, 6 slices of canned beets, 2 T of Zesty Italian FF Dressing.  Snack: 1 medium apple Snack: 4 oz Dannon Yogurt with 1/4 cup TVP Snack (gads!): 1 SoBe Cereal protein bar Dinner: 4 oz Top Sirloin Steak, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes and 1/3 cup canned corn.  Maybe try out a microwave cake recipe later...Found a couple of them...I think I can sub splenda and work out the calories/calculations...We'll see.  Totals for the day:  Calories: 1386  Fat: 27  Carbs: 144  Protein: 145 I have plenty of room if I decide on a dessert, in any case.  So? How did you all do today? Still sailing a straight course or did Monday kick your butt? Like Carla always tells us, Tomorrow is another day!

OOoo. I have some of those Chocolate Milk sleeves I found at Walmart...Haven't tried them yet but you've given me an idea...Mmmm. Thinking soy protein, soy milk and a sleeve of that...Yumo! Maybe a little decaf instant coffee. Instant Ice Mocha coffee..WITH protein. I love it.  I do that SF Margarita idea sometimes myself. LOVE my tequila especially when the day has been hot and stressful.

Those wasabi peas again. I'm going to start craving them, I can see that. I hope you got good stuff for your trip. A nice change of scenery and a change of menu, always a good combo!

I'm thinking if the weather gets too darned hot for malto meal (and it's really starting early this year) I may have to switch to a cold cereal or a protein shake for breakfast.. I absolutely LOVE beef jerky. Have you tried Bison Jerky? I think that's great too. I saw turkey jerky somewhere too.  Looks like you've got it totally handled. I check my totals after my last snack at work to see just how much I can get away with at home too. If I've done really bad at work, I cut it really short and have just drink mix after dinner...Or if I've done EXTREMELY well, I get some popcorn. woo hoo.  Great job today! See you tomorrow.

My goal for this week is to stay between 800 - 1200 calories, as you see I exceeded that number. I did get in all my liquids, vitamins, an hour and a half of exercise. Tomorrow I'll try to eat less. Good high protein number. Look out for me tomorrow. I sure need accountibitiy.

I always forget about cottage cheese. I need to eat that stuff more often. I don't have good luck with Special K so much but I'm liking your protein total..You'll catch that calorie thing up and it will even out by the middle of the week, no doubt. One high day isn't the end. Plus that hour of exercise isn't going to sit on the hips either..LOL. Good work!
