Accountability-What did you eat Saturday?
Carla is missing...So I thought I'd post for her this morning. See you tonight!
Breakfast: Malto meal, TVP, soy milk, Coffee
Snack: Cheese stick wrapped in turkey lunch meat
Lunch: 3 oz top sirloin steak on a bed of lettuce, tomato and caesar dressing
Snack: 1/2 cup sloppy joe filling
Dinner: 1 beef sausage with another 1/2 cup sloppy joe filling and cheese..(this made me feel awful. Think I'm still not okay with fatty sausage/hot dogs)
Dessert: Microwave muffin with some cream cheese (yumo)

Yup, just you and me..It's too hot outside for me today...And I had a breakfast that was really hard on my pouch. I didn't feel good most of teh day so I'm hiding under the swamp cooler. You have some really good numbers for Saturday. Keep up the good work...See you tonight...
