Well the weekend is here.. yeah.  How is everyone doing.  I am tired but got a full weekend planned so no rest for the weary I guess.  Had an ok day with food.. not much choice when I have no time and I eat what I have available.. good thing those are good choice items. lol So here was my day. Breakfast:

OVER 100 degrees today! Where exactly in sunny California are you? Must be the southern part I would guess.

I have been absent from my postings the past few days because I was bad, very bad. I ate so many dove chocolates I could not count. Even worse no dumping from them to keep me in line.

Don't have much of an excuse, been a little stressed financially lately, but should be greatful for all the good things, like good health and my family for which I am very grateful. So I am back today to start anew.

Well, the family search continues...Had a good day, even with the snacking.  Breakfast: oatmeal, TVP, soy milk, coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese, 1 medium grapefruit Lunch: 1/2 cup ground beef taco meat, 1 cup lettuce, 1 small baby zucchini, 2T sour cream, 2T caesar dressing Snack: 5 oz moist cooked shrimp and ****tail sauce Snack: 1/4 cup chocolate covered coffee beans  Dinner: 3 oz Tilapia fish, 1/2 cup cooked rice..Yup, rice. tastes really good but I won't be able to even finish the half cup... Totals for the day: Calories: 1550 Fat: 64 Carbs 123 Protein: 122
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Its low but great choices.. lots of tasty protein there.  yeah for a good family tree day.. now keep it on that track so you dont get eaten alive from the family. Carla

I had a bad food day.  Not bad choices really. Just bad in that I couldn't eat. Breakfast Biochem Berries & Whey (1/2 portion at one time, other half later) Morning Protein Nectar cappuccino coffee Lunch 1/2 bag of Kay's Natural Apple Cinnamon cereal Supper 2 Pepperidge Farm crackers to settle my stomach; I threw up several times and this was my last resort bc I hadnt eaten since noon and this was in the evening bowl of Progresso chicken noodle soup Evening Protein choc mochachino protein shake

Yucky eating day yesterday, did good til about 3:30 and just lost my mind, lol.  I didn't log it due to eating out last night and I have no idea how to put it in.  Let's just say I was attacked with Mexican food, lol, and the scale is up about 3/4 lb.  I'm sure some of it is sodium because I know it was loaded with salt.   I usually do pretty good with chips and salsa but not so good last night. It was my baby's 7th birthday and he requested Casa Ole', he wanted to wear the Sombraro (sp?). Busy day today I'll do my best to eat and push the liquids.   Have a great weekend!

Sounds like you have and had a busy day.  Do your best to make good choices .. thats what counts when you are out and about.  You can do it, you've been doing it a long time and know how. Have fun Carla
