Friday weigh in
I know exactly why I didn't lose, no mystery, it's called late night snacking. I just bought two bunches of celery and no-fat Philly cream cheese. I'm taking Carla's advice, I do love celery. I usually fill the little dip with peanut butter but I'm going to try the no fat Philly cheese, much lower in calories. When the "gate" falls about 11:00 PM it's ALWAYS carbs I start snacking on, always! Please keep a close watch on me and please don't give up on me either. Last week: 139 lbs May 9th This week: 140 lbs May 16th Starting Wt: 284 Dec. 1, 2005 Lowest weight: 133 Goal weight: 122 - 124 (ABOUT the same as Carla) and she looks great, actually you all just look fabulous.
Thats the way to do it. Next week I know you will see it head the other way. I guess we were about the same.. I was two pounds higher.. wanted to hit 135 but I didnt stop.. now here I am at 120...lol.. but I like it. except for the butt bone thing..lol..
keep it up you will get there.. no carbs all protein is my motto and it worked for me.
