Busy busy busy bee...lol.. how is your hump day going. Hope all is well.. So are we making good choices so it's time to sound off.. how u doing

I lived on protein bars again today..lol.. actually had to go buy some I ate all the ones I have. lol

Well, not eating salad this week has forced me to think outside the salad bowl. I had a can of chili for dinner last night and so had a can of chili for lunch today. Darn the gas was horrible in the afternoon. I had to step outside at the allergists office several times. Thank GOD for the wind!
Breakfast: malto meal, soy protein, soy milk, coffee
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick with roasted turkey lunch meat wrapped around it.
Snack: medium orange
Lunch: 1 can of Denisons Beef Chili, 99% fat free
Snack: 1 medium apple
Snack: 1 cup dannon yogurt (4 oz) and 1/4 cup TVP, oh, and three pieces of SF chocolate covered caramel...couldn't help myself
Dinner: 5 oz Top Sirloin Beef Steak, grilled, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes from instant.
I need more calories but I think I'm done today. That steak was really filling..Won't go away.

If I can think of something more to eat, I may have dessert but I'm pretty sure I'm done for the evening.

Hi Carla, I've been really trying to make good choices. When I do eat like this I really am satisifed and not craving food; probably should have drank a shake tonight but I'm to full. I did however eat a bite of the kids cheese pizza, lol. I'm not normally a pizza girl but it tasted pretty good.

wow looks like everyone did real good today too. Glad little miss is eating more, and go Dana for good choices. You too carla.....thank God for protein bars when we need them. I liked them for a while, but right now can't look at them. I go on these flings with certain foods, then have to stay away from them for a while.
Pouchy was much better today! Yeah carafate and prilosec. I did eat more as you can tell!!
