Cottage Cheese Test
I will be two years out in July.... kept my weight around the 120 mark...
This morning I did the cottage cheese test and could get in a half of a cup.
Thats 4 ounces...could my pouchy still be only 4 ounces?
I love it but wow... I have always trained myself to stop eating the min. I feel full.....
I got up... ate it till I felt full... and then saw I barely finished the half of a cup.
Thats kinda cool !!!
Start Weight - 263
Current Weight 135 and making it work for ME !
I will be 2 years out next month... I find I am satisified off 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese.
I think the density of food effects how much of it you can eat... I eat a cup of greek yogurt in the morning and feel full/satisifed from that... in the afternoon I eat the 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and feel full/satisifed from that.. both could be considered slider foods but the cottage cheese sits heavier in my pouch then the yogurt.

that's great!! Just be sure that you did the test correctly......you know the drill, eat as much as you can in five minutes, then fill a one cup measuring cup with water. Fill the container of cottage cheese that you ate from to the top and then whatever water is left in the cup is how much cottage cheese you ate.
Congrats!
