Late night Snack Patrol for Tuesday.
I did Ok. Really wanted something so I opened a chicken vienna sausage and ate 3... boyfriend ate 1, 2 left so I will wrap them up for tomorrow evening in case I get to wanting something. 1 carb & 80 calories which I could afford today. Maybe I can afford them tomorrow, too! lol
I added a little salsa and diced jalapenos on one side, mustard on the other for an extra added flavor. I used to hate those nasty things! I dont know what possessed me to buy a can at the grocery store yesterday. They just appealed to me for some reason!
Not snacking! I had a good sized healty dinner- and I've got some yogurt waiting in case I get snack-ey. Hopefully it'll be that and not the chocolate that I nibble!

I did pretty good after dinner went for a walk and did 10 miles on stationary bike. Drank plenty of water and before bed had a banana instead of junk.
This makes up for Monday night - oh boy - I soon as I walked in from work I took a bite out of everything even my dogs were running, I felt like one of those crazy dead people in the movie "28 Weeks Later".
