Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday
I really need to start doing a daily food Journal.. I do real well at work cause Im sitting at my computer all day.. But when I get home reality begins!
So I dont have all of the calorie or nutrition intake but I have done real well in restructuring my daily diet.
Breakfast. Fat Free Yopliat Berries and Cream Yogurt. 100 calories 0 fat!! 5 grams of Protein
Special K Honey Nut Breakfast Bar 90 Calories 2 Fat 2 Grams of Protein
Morning Snack Sunflower Seeds and 2 Bottles of Water with Crystal Light
Lunch.. No Calorie ( It has to have some) Total Veggie Soup.. From the Sacared Heart Diet
Mixed Fruit Salad.. YUM YUM..
Afternoon Snack Trail Mix Fruit and NUt bar. 140 Calories 4 grams of Fat 3 Grams of PRotein
Dinner Grilled Chicken Breast
1/4 cup of Ziti
1 Cup of Zucini and Squash
3 Cubes of Cheddar Cheese
No after dinner snack.. Im sooooooo proud of myself.. Plus I only had 2 diet cokes all day.. Im working my way away from them!! I used to have 6 a day!! More water.. even if it has Crystal light I figure it is better than Caffiene Free Diet cokes!

Well you made great choices for the day. I like that and the no late night snack is awesome.. sail with us and we will keep you up right. see if you can input your food so you know the totals.. it really makes a difference.. I look at things totally different now.. lol
