Oh its getting tough to post at this time.. its still sunny and hot outside and the kids are in the pool swimming.. its not getting dar****il 8 or so which is 10 I think you easterners time..lol.. Well just finished dinner and had a crazy day.. didnt prepare so I ate protein bars all day.. was hungry when I got home so I ate chili than couldnt eat dinner.. but the protein bars can really pack on the calories fast.. here was my day Breakfast:

I went to the chiro today. Trying to figure out what to do about my tailbone and lack of muscles..He wanted to council me on nutrition and my calories and such...LOL. I know within two or three calories how much each thing I eat is..Serving size, protein..But he can try. I even gave him some pointers.  Hubby was on a road trip today so I stopped and got them chili burgers for dinner and made myself a can of Beef Chili..yum. Didn't have cheese but actually measured out ONE OUNCE of tortilla chips for my dinner to go with it.. LOL. Gawd, I'm obsessive. Now to figure out what dessert to have. I'm a bit low on calories so I'll need something. Maybe another bag of popcorn? I need to exercise, do my stretches. maybe I'll skip the popcorn.  Tally for the day: Breakfast: oatmeal, TVP (2), soy milk and coffee Snack: 1 oz cheese stick Lunch: 1 roasted turkey lunch meat slice, 1 3.2oz salmon patty, 2/3 cup of frozen broccoli Snack: Medium Orange Snack: 20 grm protein bar Dinner: 1.9 servings of Beef Chili (99% fat free) and about 8 tortilla chips.  Dessert: probably none. Maybe some yogurt and TVP after exercise Totals for the day: Calories:  1655 Fat: 28 Carbs: 197 Protein: 173
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

What did he have to say about the boney tail bone.. my hurts all the time.. I sit on pillows at work.. now thats sad right.  Did he have any great incite to add some butt on you. Good day.. wow on the protein.. and the fat is so low.. great job. Keep it up Carla

Because of my tender (boney) tailbone, I tend to lean when I sit to take the pressure off of it. So that screwed up my back, enter the chiropractor...We're going to build up my saggy butt by doing exercises, which will add muscle which will also add to the number on the scale. I have to find me one of those pillows with the hole in it, I guess.  I have all the equipment to do the exercises, I'm just without alot of time. He said I'm going to have to MAKE the time, which I knew he was going to say. So I'm attempting to do stretches when I get home from work, including abdominal crunches to strengthen my back and then a few muscle things too.  Maybe I'll join a gym but that would screw up my morning breakfast routine..I have to give it some thought.

Early Morning Protein I started with a half Matrix/half syntha 6 combo but didn't drink but 1/4. I put it in the fridge to enjoy later! Breakfast Nectar cappuccino in coffee then later switched back to the chocolate mocha shake! and it was yummy! Lunch I had the last of the chicken salad with some Kay's Naturals White Cheddar Kruncheez pieces Then I had 2 tiny bites of Supreme Protein Peanut butter krunch Afternoon Protein I took 1.5 oz of New Whey Grape, added 1 bottled water with a sleeve of grape Walmart crystal lite version single and it tasted just like kool aid! Then later I had a yogurt with granola Supper Ground turkey with diced tomatoes, cheese, spaghetti sauce and one sundried tomato which I did not like the tomato. They are cheapos. Evening Snack Then I had some strawberries and sugar free strawberry glaze I had 3 chicken vienna sausages with some salsa, mustard and diced jalapenos

Since sat when I went out to c hinese and ate some hot sauce that put my pouch into spasms...hasn't been right. Plus the stress with a meeting with my counselor and husband. Ouchie pouchie last night and today. Got some prilosec to see if that helps. Think the ulcer is just flaring up again because I'm internalizing things. Everything I try to eat burns, even sips of milk and protein! Did kung fu for 1.5 hours today, and really feel good about that, but otherwise am emotionally exhausted. Gotta go see a patient now. Good Morning, I had a good day eating wise didn't let the emotions and frustations of redoing a project at work because the bosses decided to change it yet again after many meetings and talks about how to do it.  I have a hard time dealing with people that can't make a decision and stick with it.  It isn't all his fault though since our consultants that we are paying well weren't the right part of the team to give us suggestions on the best way to set up our new software.
