No exercise=Flabbiness!
So, went to try on swimsuits today~boy is that an eye opening experience, LOL! I have fallen off the exercise track and it shows! Back in February I went from being a sahm with all the time in the world to workout, to working full time at a tax office all the way thru April 15th. I worked out a little during that time, but not nearly enough or what I"m used to. Then the 15th rolled around, I just couldn't get back in the habit of working out every day~I would do it here and there, but not consistenly like I was or should be. The scale hasn't really gone up, but wow, what a difference~not enough muscle tone~everythings a little more jiggley~urgh! So, as of today I am back on the workout wagon!!!! I came directly home from JCPenney and did my 3mile WATP w/the walk belt. I think I've scared myself straight, LOL! Anyway, I did happen to find a swimsuit that looks pretty good~I hate my legs but what can ya do, I know I'll never be "perfect", but I hope to look the best that I can. Anyone looking for inspiration to drop a few pounds or get back to exercising, just go try on swimsuits and I bet you'll be inspired too!

Hey Tracy!
I go through "funks" sometimes and will take even just a week off exercise and wow.. do I know what you mean. We really need to try to keep our muscle tone up so we can burn more at rest.. I love strength training now, I used to absolutely hate it. It is a must to keep that flab under control for me! I also run and that has helped my legs out tremendously. When I don't run they look like jello. Thanks for the reminder.. going to run NOW!
Hugs, Melissa

Two months with anemia and no exercise made a terrible difference in my tone. I tried to do some light toning, but oh no...not the same as a good work out...Store mirrors are downright scary no matter what you are trying on! LOL But bathing suits are the worse! I'm a legs hater too...They were always big and didn't firm as nicely as I wished they would have...But that's what cute sun dresses or capri pull-ons are for and a quick dash in and out of the water!
Girl, you are so right. I have been a faithful exerciser for over 4 years now, but at the end of this past year work got really busy, and I just didn't have the time to do it. I got back into it about 2 months ago, and it was like starting over. My butt was once again sliding down my thighs. LOL. After two months it getting back up there, but still not where it was. And swimsuits really tell the whole story. No hiding in those. LOL.
