Computer problems are so horrible...Used to be I could live without email, cell phone..internet access. Now, OMG. If I have to resort to dial up, I feel like a cave woman! And forget my cell phone? No way. I'd rather walk, which isn't an option when you live 32 miles from work.  Yesterdays bill of fare: Breakfast: Malto meal, TVP (2 servings) soy milk and coffee Snack: slice of roasted turkey lunch meat, medium orange Lunch: 4 oz Carne Asada, 1.25 corn tortillas, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese and 1 cheese stick  Snack: medium apple, 4 oz Dannon yogurt with TVP on top (yumo) really really wanted popcorn, though.. Dinner: 3 oz chicken, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup canned green beans Dessert: 1 whole bag of Kettle Corn flavored Microwave popcorn (3 servings) yum.. Totals for the day: CAlories; 1969 Fat: 71 Carbs: 194 Protein: 141 I had plenty of room for the popcorn in my calories so I went for it. The carbs suffered alittle but it tasted EXCELLENT.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Virginia is a tornado ridden flood zone...I have had to deal with yard clean up...Yesterday it looked like The Jolly Green Giant ate leaves and vomited the pieces- parts all over the place...Stuck to my house, my cars...my windows...The ground is so wet it can't soak up anymore water so there are sink holes and flooding and damage everywhere (my house is dry!  yay...haven't been to my cabin yet  :(  I hope it hasn't floated down the river)...I just have no time in a day to log my food...(or cook it) So I've been ordering out a bit and that's not too good either... Today was the first sunny day in a week after two or three nights of tornado warnings and severe thunder storms and rain.  I had a dentist appt 15 miles away that took an hour to get to because of detours, sink holes, road workers fixing damage...I'll be back soon!
