Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY ALL.. hope you are all having a good day.. My MIL came over and we were on the pc all day playing with my flyer.. she likes that stuff and she is good at it.. although the pc is a bit foriegn to her. Had a good day though..

Well, this day was pretty nice. I got the cutest trinket box..Porcelain hermit crab. ADORABLE. But I have the best family.
Breakfast: oatmeal, 2 servings of TVP, soy milk and coffee
Second breakfast: 4 oz of Top Sirloin Steak and 2 eggs, grits
Snack: 4 oz of Carne Asada, 1 pc SF Peanut Brittle
Dinner: 2 oz Carne Asada, 2 tacos, 1 oz cheese
Wow. That's a really short list. I will probably have a snack later..Not sure. Maybe popcorn. Haven't had that in a while and several hundred calories might be nice..

Well, Mother's Day was interesting for me, since I started eating breakfast at 2 am with another DSer at the Deepwater Diner in Pennsville, NJ! We had had a DSer get-together for dinner and just continued it from there!
Breakfast (2 am) - Scrapple, slice buttered wheat toast, 1 egg, a couple bites home fries, coffee
Second Breakfast (10 am) - Dunkin Donuts chocolate chip muffin, 3 cheese flatbread sandwich, large iced coffee w/ cream & sugar
Snack (1 pm) - Venti Breve Caffe Mocha from Starbuck's
Lunch (3:30 pm) - Dreamfield's pasta with hot sausage & mozzarella
Dinner (6 pm) - New York Strip steak, white asparagus, salad with spicy peanut dressing
Dessert (7 pm) - slice of chocolate silk tofu pie
Snack (9 pm) - 2 oz sharp cheddar with about 5 Rosemary & Olive oil Triscuits
Lotsa carbs, but since I'm actively trying not to lose any weight, I'm fine with it. Damn, but I ate a lot!!!
