Maintenance Shift AGAIN

Well ok!  I have been working on every single thing I put into my mouth, logging it...  And also started back on a diuretic that the doc prescribed for PCOS issues... . And Saturday I was 124.7;; today I am 120.1 I am happy!  Plus, this would have been the week I got off my period had I not started the nuvaring.  So the scale God is on my side today!
