I am having such a time with my pc lately.  It continues to crash all the time for no reason.. they pc guys cant figure it out.. it just goes down.. usually have way through a report that I havent saved... grr.. oh well.. I hope to figure it out soon.. if I dont get booted again trying to post.. getting pretty frustrating if I dont say so myself.. So here is my day Breakfast:

Yeah, you can sure tell I'm feeling better. Funny how just a hair style change can brighten a mood. High totals all around.  Breakfast: malto meal, TVP (double serving), soy milk and coffee Second breakfast: 3 egg omelet, chili and cheese, coffee Snack: 3 SF Peeps (cut into my stash, only have three packs left) Snack: 1 cheese stick Dinner: 4 oz of Carne Asada, 1 flour tortilla, 1/2 oz cheese Dessert: 3 pc of SF Peanut candies, white chocolate...yum. Last of those too.  Totals for the day: Calories: 2220 Fat: 90 Carbs: 185 Protein: 167 Surprising the carbs are that low for all the cals and protein...But I'll take the numbers that I get on that. Protein did really good. I got all my vitamins in and 2 quarts of liquids on top of 24 oz. 88 oz and that's not counting any coffee either..Wow.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Had sort of a weird day today. Shouldn't change my usual routine, but I had some tasty food, but carbs too high and protien too low. ....... tomorrow is another day....

Happy anniversary Carla!

I found something new to try.. soy based noodles, only 20 calories a serving 1 g protien. Made vegetable soup with it today, quite good, felt like I was having regular noodles. The other day made noodles alfredo, added a few Tbls FF cream cheese, 2 Tbls LF sour cream, some grated parmasan S & P heated in microwave, yummy.
Recipes were on outside of package. This product comes in liquid, you need to rinse and drain it then microwave it 1 minute, dry noodles and add the other ingredients and heat.

I had an okay day. I am boring myself to death with my food choices. Got to come up with some new choices. I am itching again. I'm sure its the yogurt. It has potassium sorbate in it so gotta chuck that one.

Sometimes I wish I could just post the day before.. I am so boring with food choices..lol.. nice protein.. now you know better.. gotta check that food.. man that must suck to have to look at every jar to make sure its ok and than hoping they put it all on the label.. get some rest if you can.
