The board basic intention is for folks 1 year post-op or more no matter what surgery.  Sometimes pre-ops or folks under 1 year post-op post questions too. Feel free to join in. Kathy

You are in the right place!  Any surgery ...any sex...any age...It's for all who are about a year out...and some of the new post ops or pre ops like to ask questions once in a while so it's interesting, but a little slower paced than the other boards since we're all seasoned a year or more.... Welcome

It's for all.  But there are more RNY grads, I think.

Lap-Band June 14, 2001. Dr. Rumbaut, Monterrey, Mexico.
Lap-Band removed after 7 years and converted to Sleeve Gastrectomy on July 7, 2008 by Dr. Roslin.  I've had three happy healthy Lap-Band babies.... and one VSG baby.  5 years out from revision to VSG.  Gained 55 pounds in past 5 months, now considering DS. :(
