It's been one year and man what a difference a year makes. I started this process at 517 lbs and a bleak outlook on life. Here I am now in one year down to 245lbs as of this morning. I am in the process of scheduling my excess skin removal surgery after which I will weigh even less. I can't believe it some mornings when I look in the mirror. I went from disabled and unable to re-enrolled in college and ready to return in 3 months. I am going to enjoy this summers as a new man at the lightest weight I have been since Junior High or middle school. I hope everyone can learn from my experience and find that you can have success and overcome the weight.

Thank you. I plan on having the college experience the right way with the two years I have left not the way i had to suffer through my first 2 years.

Another WOW moment - you give me goose bumps.     I'm a senior and it makes me so happy to see another young person getting their life back while they still have so many great years to enjoy.  To say congratulations seems so trivial so CONGRATULATIONS ! ! ! !    and keep up the good work. WOWWWWWWW  ! ! ! !
