Nah! But I did cut a pound of hair off. Just kidding. Not a pound but almost all of it. Instead of waist length hair now I have just below my chin...All off. And Ihave to say I like the results. Looks really cute and cool.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I had three pieces of sugar free candy after dinner tonight. Does that count? I'm feeling better. The hair did help.

I am exactly where you are 100%. I look older than I feel, which is better than in 20 years!.  I have decided to do something about it. First I am going to use skin products that have been investigated for reversing skin damage by a cancer research group. It's a niacin based product, I don't have the name in front of me. Then when my skin is in the best possible shape, I'm going to have a face lift, or whatever similiar I need to look the way I feel. I have to save for this, it's expensive, so I plan to save towards it for about a year. I don't think we are alone, the excess skin is a problem for most people over 30-40 who have had massive weight loss. If the product I'm going to use help restore elasticity as it is supposed to, I may not need mych surgery. We'll see. Otherwise, this neck and jowls have got to go! One thing, when I smile, I look better! So try grinning like a jackass, at least it will detract attention from your skin!!   Big Smiley

You know, I came to that conclusion too. Smiling makes my face look much better. Although, the lines around my eyes get worse when I grin really big. I'm thinking a Mona Lisa smile at the very least. LOL. I do need to smile more, though. My face used to smile naturally, I think because of the fat. Now when I don't look happy I REALLY don't look happy. More of a scowl than anything.  I got a new hair cut. Cut my hair short after 40 years of having it long so that drastic change worked okay. I won't have the face lift or tummy tuck or lower body lift (which, if money were no object, that would be the first on the list) because at 50 years old, I really don't want to look 30 again. Too much work there.  I am going to do that face cream thing. let me know what it is that you use, let me know how it works.

It's called NIA 24. It's available on the internet or from most skin care specialists.
