Happy Anniversary Carla! I am so happy you got yourself so healthy. You deserved it! I know my total is low but I couldn't get  one more thing in me other than my vits.

Happy two years!  I had the same experience except DANG... did I hurt...but the morphine drip was good if I didn't move at all and went to sleep.  I hurt for 6 months and then some!  I'm glad they don't do open RNY much at all anymore...How luky to have a smooth ride though...I did too... It's funny you did those candies too!  I'm not eating them anymore...What a tiny little stink bomb those things are! My gosh! I thought I'd get them to help me not want to munch at night...I do good, but I am always fighting eating more than my normal snack sizes and wanting double servings.  That's where my trouble is.  I'm beginning to find that SF stuff is really starting to bug me more than ever...I can't seem to handle it anymore  :(...   I thought I had a bad low day because of the tornadoes and storms...but I did 3 different protein supps yesterday....(LAZY rainy day...didn't feel like making a cooking effort) So It's a good thing I didn't snack at all after dinner, except a regularly scheduled protein snack/meal... I amaze myself all the time.. some days I think I went crazy eating and dont break a thousand than other days I barely eat and my number is insane.. go figure.. you worked it out girl.. good day even with the tornados beating down on  you. Carla
